great stay, but some improvements needed
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our four-day stay, making us feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially the floors, which were spotless! I appreciated the convenience of the breakfast. it was adequate and provided good value for the price. Additionally, we enjoyed the city view from our room, which added to our overall experience.
One downside was the access to the elevator, as it required a walk-up one level, which could be an inconvenience after long days of exploring.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially loved the warm welcome from staff who made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was a hit, just a short walk to the Duomo, and our room was spacious with a nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for us.
In my wife’s opinion, the stairs to reception were tough with the babies in tow.

We had an amazing time staying at this cozy hotel with friends. It was just a short walk to the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. We could relax in our clean triple room after exploring comfortably. The staff was super welcoming, and breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Definitely a solid base for a fun trip!
The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator from street level to the check-in area, which made it a bit challenging with luggage initially.

Charming atmosphere with character.
My stay was disappointing due to significant street noise at night. I could hear loud people and motorbikes as if they were right in my room, which made it very hard to sleep. Overall, I expected a much more pleasant experience given the reputation.

I stayed here with friends after exploring Florence for a day. The location was top-notch—just a quick walk to the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio, which made our sightseeing super convenient. Our triple room was clean and provided us a cozy spot to relax after our adventures. I must mention the delicious breakfast. there were plenty of options to fuel our days. The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator from street level, which made managing our luggage a bit tricky at first.

I stayed at Hotel Nizza in Florence recently. The location stood out. it's just a short walk from the train station and main attractions like the Duomo. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. they were always ready to help. The hotel has an authentic charm with clean rooms that maintained the character of Florence. Breakfast offered a nice variety and included gluten-free options, which was a bonus. On the downside, the room got quite warm, and there was no AC, only a fan, which didn't solve the heat issue. I opened the window for fresh air but faced some noise from the street at night. The bathroom was quite dated, and the shower area was awkward, causing water to spill out in the rest of the room. While I loved the atmosphere and service, some improvements in room comfort would elevate the experience further.
